Audience: Anyone who is interested in managing time for themselves (i.e. coaches who meet with others frequently) or anyone interested in finding more efficient ways to collect information from parents and students. 

Prerequisites: Understanding of Google Calendar and how to create events; basic understanding of Google Forms; Chromebook or laptop needed.

Format: Presentation, hands-on activity, and Q & A

During this session we will discuss how Google Forms can assist in:
  • scheduling team meetings
  • scheduling parent conferences
  • scheduling time to meet coaches for professional development sessions

Hands-on activity will focus on:
  • Resource calendars
  • Appointment slots
  • Add-ons for Google Forms
